What You’ll Do

A typical Support Service Coordinator’s day might include:

• Responsible for providing support services for all communities LIHTC, CDBG, and Home Funds.
• Communicate with residents and evaluate needs for community social service agencies. This will include monitoring resident progress and provide case management.
• Identify resources and programs in the areas of mental health, domestic violence, financial services, etc.
• Facilitate resident meetings and design monthly newsletters and calendars.

• You are a caring individual who wants to help the community by finding resources to improve residents lives.
• You are flexible. You enjoy learning new things and rolling with changes. Your work will include creating marketing advertisements, calendars, and newsletters. Your days will not be the same!
• You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, or related field.
• You will have two years’ experience in administrative or customer service capacity.
